Shipping charges are extra and are calculated on a per-job basis.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

* You may have noticed that reference acetates are significantly less expensive than elsewhere. This is because I think it’s important to make them. It saves much grief for both of us. It’s considerably less expensive in time and money to catch a problem before it goes to production. I don’t make any money from them... please take them.

Acceptable master formats:

Pretty much anything.
• Wave, Aiff, SD2 files at any sample rate up to 192 and bit depth up to 32 bit float.
• DAT tapes require loading into the computer and studio time applies.
• For high resolution files it’s best to provide a single file per side with an accompanying timing log.

All analog mastering:

I can cut directly from ½” and ¼” tape with no digital delay at 15ips and 30ips. Processing options are somewhat limited. Level, EQ and compression changes are possible, but less flexible than in a full CD mastering session. This work is all billed as mastering time. There aren’t too many places that can do this. It takes more time than a CD mastering session but the results are beautiful. I love doing this.
